Ways to pay

Instalments

Many of our clients prefer to pay their insurance in weekly instalments. We can arrange this through our partner Rothbury Instalment Services. Lending criteria with terms & conditions apply. Call us on 0800 847 847 and our team will help get you sorted.

Credit card

Our online credit card payment portal can be used for annual policy payments only. If you want to pay outstanding arrears, please contact Rothbury Instalment Services directly on 0800 847 847 and press option 2.

We accept payment by Visa or MasterCard. Please have your Client Reference Number at hand, this can be found on your invoice. Please use the ‘Pay online now’ form to complete your transaction. Please note, a 1.5% convenience fee applies (Go Cover receives no money from this fee).

You can call us from Monday to Friday, between 8:30am & 5:00pm to pay over the phone. Simply call us on 0800 847 847 and have your credit card ready. Please note, a 1.5% convenience fee applies (Go Cover receives no money from this fee).
